Spotrisk provides the ability to block a buyer, with one click, preventing them from making future purchases from your store.
From there you will see the 'Block Buyer' button in the top right of the customer panel.
Once you have blocked the buyer, their IP address, email, shipping address and purchase device information will be blacklisted from purchasing from your store in the future. Any new orders placed from those details will be automatically refunded.
Blocked buyer details are shared across the Spotrisk network, alerting you if first time buyer has been blocked by another Spotrisk merchant.

We might get 300 orders in 24 hours during our sales period and we simply don’t have time to look at all of them.
